By metro is easy. Catch the metro and go in the direction of Estádio do Dragão and get out in the stop called Bolhão. Once you are  in the street Santa Catarina, that is the most famous comercial street in Porto, walk untill the Café Majestic, also very touristic café and turn left to the street Passos Manuel. After going up the street a little while,  turn in the first right and you  are in street Sto. Ildefonso, Also Know as Santo  . AAE Santo André is number 112.
